How does ODJFS feel about the ability of PCSAs to contract with an out-of-state PCSA to conduct casework visits for children who are placed in residential facilities in that state? If I understand the rule correctly, the Ohio PCSA has the option of not physically seeing their children whom they placed into an out-of-state residential facility.
