Each child/family may have a different CDJFS worker. Is there a mechanism for reporting this? Who would it be reported to and would the CDJFS know why they are receiving it monthly, instead of at the end of the 180 days? This sounds like quite an undertaking for a small agency with a large amount of children in care.
